In such cases, CIRCA applies its expertise in primary research, conducting discrete interviews with appropriately knowledgeable individuals to obtain the necessary perspectives.

These individuals may include Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from industry, government, or academia; current C-Suite executives; or retired senior leaders.
